"In my practice, I enjoying helping and getting to know all types of people. My cases remain challenging because each one has its own unique twists and turns."

Attorney David P. Miraldi has been representing injured people since 1978 when he joined the law firm of Miraldi & Barrett. David's practice includes not only motor vehicle, product liability, and medical malpractice claims, but litigation of insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims. He is a member and past president of the Lorain County Bar Association and has served on many bar association committees and lectured on a variety of topics. He is the author of the book, "Don't Be A Victim Again: How To Protect Yourself After A Motor Vehicle Crash In Ohio", a free book for Ohio consumers that can be ordered from the firm's website.

David has also been honored as an Ohio Super Lawyer in the practice area of plaintiff personal injury law in both 2010 and 2011. The Ohio Super Lawyer designation is limited to those attorneys considered to be in the top five percent in their practice field. For many years, David has received the highest rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell, a company that bases its evaluations upon peer reviews.

David is also a member of The Ohio State Bar Association, The Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers, The Ohio Association for Justice, and The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. David graduated from The College of Wooster where he earned honors and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. In 1978, he graduated summa cum laude from the Ohio State University College of Law where he published several articles in the Ohio State Law Journal.

In addition to the responsibilities of his law practice, David has been active in church, school, and other community projects. David's hobbies include tennis, bicycling, and photography. David and his wife, Leslee, an attorney practicing in Cleveland, reside in Avon, Ohio and have three children.

Dave,   I would like to thank you for handling my case.  I appreciate your continued efforts and dealings with all the insurance people involved.  Also a special thank you to Rene for handling the details on a day to day basis and keeping me informed of necessary information.  It was a pleasure to work with both of you.  We could not have gotten to this point without your law firm.  You gave me the opportunity to get well insteady of worrying myself sick and fighting with everybody, from hospitals to insurance companies, about what I owed.  Thanks again.   Ted S. of  South Amherst, Ohio.

David,  Thank you so much from Sandra and myself.  You and your staff made a very bad situation for me and my family comfortable and even pleasant.  Brad did an outstanding job and was an absolute pleasure to work with.  You have my deepest gratitude.  Tim T. of  Wakeman, Ohio.
