Brake on a dolly -- confidential settlement
A brake on a dolly failed, allowing a pool table that was being moved to fall off the back of a moving truck and partially crush the head of one of the movers. As a result, the man lost the ability to communicate or move. This husband and father of two girls would need constant care.
