Business policy applied to auto accident injuries -- $450,000 settlement
The client sustained multiple injuries when the vehicle in which he was a passenger attempted to pass a vehicle and struck an oncoming vehicle head-on. The client suffered a broken leg and collapsed lung with a concussion. The at-fault driver had very low insurance limits. The case had complicated issues of ownership of one vehicle.
