Dashboard injury to knee - $135,000 settlement

A 69 year old man injured his right knee in a car crash when it hit the instrument panel.  He had never complained of right knee pain prior to the accident, although x-rays showed that his knee had degenerative conditions that existed before the motor vehicle.  The man eventually had a total knee replacement.  His attorney, David Miraldi, was able to demonstrate that the impact caused an inflammatory response in his knee that could not be controlled until the knee replacement occurred.
