Fractured neck vertebra with no paralysis -- $400,000 settlement

A 27 year old Lorain, Ohio woman suffered a neck fracture in an intersection collision when the wrongdoer turned in front of her vehicle.  The client wore a neck brace for four months and had some continued pain, the extent of which was disputed by the wrongdoer's insurance company.   The case settled during trial.
