Mild brain injury - $250,000 settlement

The client suffered a concussion in an auto collision when his head hit the windshield and was unconscious for several minutes at the scene.  MRI scans showed no internal bleeding, however, he continued to have headaches and an inability to focus.  A neuropsychological evaluation revealed some deficits in his cognitive functions.  The insurance company paid its limit of coverage on the claim.
