Multiple fractures - $1,500,000 settlement

A 79 year old, Grafton, Ohio man sustained fractures to his pelvis, collarbone, and developed respiratory problems that required extensive hospital and nursing home care until he could return home.  The collision occurred at an intersection where the traffic light was temporarily not functioning.  Miraldi and Barrett was able to demonstrate that the client still had the right of way and established fault on the other driver.
