Non-displaced fracture of wrist bone - $82,314.18 jury verdict

A 61 year old man sustained a fracture of the triquetral bone in his right wrist in an auto collision.  He later developed carpal tunnel and arthritis in the joint.  The insurance company disputed that these later injuries were caused by the original trauma.  Jury verdict was $50,000 more than what had been offered on his case prior to trial.
